How does payment work?
-A non-refundable deposit of £200 per traveller secures your booking.
-The remaining balance must be paid in full 30days before your trip begins.
-Package prices may vary depending on airline, hotel, and provider policies.
Are flights refundable?
Most flights we book are non-refundable. Refunds are only possible if the airline cancels the flight.
Can I cancel my holiday?
-Yes, but a £50 cancellation fee applies.

-We will always support you in recovering refundable amounts, though they are not guaranteed.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover illness, cancellations, lost luggage, or other unexpected events.
Who is responsible for my safety during the trip?
While our travel guides assist during group tours, your personal safety and belongings remain your responsibility. We encourage all travellers to take standard precautions.
What travel documents do I need?
You are responsible for ensuring you have:
- A valid passport
- Necessary visas for your destination
- Any required health or vaccination certificates
What if my trip is disrupted by events outside your control?
Events like natural disasters, airline strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays or cancellations. While we do our best to support you, RoamGo Travels cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by force majeure.

1. Consultation and Agreement
- Before booking any services, clients must complete our consultation form to help us understand their preferences and budget.
- A detailed holiday plan will be provided based on the client’s submitted information and agreed preferences.
- Clients must confirm the holiday plan within a specific time frame (usually 48–72 hours) to proceed with bookings.
2. Pricing and Payments
- Our fees are included in the total cost of your holiday package. This covers accommodation, hotel bookings, and any arranged services (e.g., flights, visa applications, excursions).
- Additional services outside of the agreed package (e.g., upgrades, extra activities) will incur extra charges, which will be discussed and approved by the client.
- Payments are due in full upon final approval of the holiday plan before bookings are made.
- While we strive to plan your holiday within your specified budget, if your chosen package exceeds this budget, we may request an adjustment to accommodate your preferred selections.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Once a booking has been confirmed, cancellation policies of the individual service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.) will apply. These policies will be communicated to the client before payment.
- If a client cancels after the booking is confirmed, a cancellation fee may apply based on the providers’ terms.
- Refunds for services already paid will only be issued if the service providers allow for cancellations or refunds.
4. Responsibility and Liability
- While we strive to ensure all bookings and arrangements are handled smoothly, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party vendors (airlines, hotels, tour operators).
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they possess the proper documentation (e.g., passport, visa) before traveling. We will assist with visa applications where applicable.
5. Client Privacy and Data Protection
- We take your privacy seriously and will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
- All data provided for booking purposes will only be used to create your holiday plan and will be securely stored.
6. Modifications to Services
- We reserve the right to modify or update our services or policies to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Any changes to services, pricing, or policies will be communicated to the client promptly.
7. Customer Support
- Our team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns before, during, and after your holiday.
