Cancellation policy

  • If you decide to cancel your holiday, a £50 cancellation fee will apply.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed, as they depend on the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, and activity providers.
  • In the case of an emergency, we will assist in recovering any refundable amounts where possible, though this is not guaranteed.
