RoamGO Travels is a UK-based, registered travel agency offering both local and international travel services. Our team specializes in creating personalized travel experiences, including booking flights, hotels, activities, and airport transfers. We also offer group tours, where one of our team members will accompany you as a tour guide to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
1. Contract Value
The total contract value will be determined based on the selected travel package, number of traveler, and additional services requested.
- Standard Group Tour Package: Starting at £500 per traveler, covering transportation, accommodation, and guided tours.
- Customised Travel Packages: Prices range from £700 to £5,000 per traveler, depending on the level of luxury and itinerary specifics.
- Corporate & Business Travel Packages: Negotiated based on travel volume, with discounts available for long-term agreements.
- Deposits & Payments: A non-refundable deposit of £200 per traveler is required to confirm the booking. Full payment must be completed before the trip begins.

- Prices are subject to availability and may change based on the policies of airlines, hotels, or other service providers.
- We offer a variety of packages, including budget-friendly, mid-range, and luxury options. All group tours are budget-friendly unless a luxury package is specifically requested.
3. Flights
- We typically book non-refundable flight tickets. If you need to cancel your trip, unfortunately, a refund is only possible if the airline cancels the flight.
- Most airlines in the UK and Europe allow only a small backpack as hand luggage. If you require additional baggage space, you will need to purchase an extra baggage allowance from the airline.
- While we do our best to assist, flight delays or changes are managed by the airline.
4. Accommodation
- Hotel refunds are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy. We will support you in requesting a refund if applicable.
- The quality of the service provided by hotels may vary, and while we ensure a great experience, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise during your stay.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- If you decide to cancel your holiday, a £50 cancellation fee will apply.
- Refunds are not guaranteed, as they depend on the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, and activity providers.
- In the case of an emergency, we will assist in recovering any refundable amounts where possible, though this is not guaranteed.
6. Your Responsibility During Travel
Once you arrive at your destination, your personal safety and well-being are your responsibility. While on our group tours, one of our travel guides will be present to ensure the group is well taken care of and supported. However, it is important to remember that individual safety and care remain the responsibility of each traveler. We advise all clients to take necessary precautions to safeguard themselves during their journey.
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your trip. For this reason, we strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance, as it covers various unexpected situations such as illness, lost luggage, and cancellations.
7. Travel Packages & Expectations
- Your experience will align with the package you select. For example, budget-friendly packages do not include 5-star hotels or business-class flights.
- We are committed to providing excellent service that is appropriate for the value of the package you choose.
8. Travel Documents & Health Requirements
- You are responsible for ensuring that your passport, visa, and other travel documents are in order before your trip.
- Health and vaccination requirements may vary by destination, so we advise you to check and be prepared in advance.
9. Unforeseen Circumstances (Force Majeure)
We cannot be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events outside of our control, such as natural disasters, airline strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
10. Customer Agreement
By booking with RoamGO Travels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
